The sentence hearing for Marco Muzzo will be taking place on Wednesday morning.
The 29-year-old man is responsible for killing three children and their grandfather in an impaired driving crash in Vaughan last fall.
Muzzo pleaded guilty this month to four counts of impaired driving causing death and two counts of impaired driving causing bodily harm.
The victims of the Neville-Lake family were killed when Muzzo’s SUV rammed their van on Kipling Avenue near Kirby Road in Vaughan on Sunday, September 27th, 2015.
The crash killed the 65-year-old grandfather and his three grand-children, ages 9, 5 and 2.
Muzzo will be appearing in a Newmarket courtroom at 10 a.m.
