How do you deal with neighbours that get on your nerves?
Whether its loud noise from the NBA All-Star festivities, copious amounts of soap odour from a local factory, or the pungent smell of marijuana drifting from your neighbours garden; neighbours can find creative ways to get on your nerves. There are plenty of options on how to deal with it: from writing to your local city official, confronting your neighbour, or finding creative ways to ignore them. What do you do when the problem persists?
Carolyn Johnson had to use earplugs to get through the recent NBA All-Star weekend, and she was not too pleased about it. A Queens Quay resident since 2006, Johnson is upset about the amount of noise that they face on their waterfront property. Between the airport, entertainment district, and other noises coming from the city-core, Johnson is seeking a decibel cap on the city’s overnight noise.
