A large pane of glass has fallen from the top floor of the Four Seasons hotel in Yorkville.
This prompted Toronto police to close off Yorkville avenue between Bay and Yonge as a precaution.
The glass, 4 metres in length (about 14 feet), is believed to have come tumbling down around 2:35 p.m. on Monday.
No injuries have been reported and the police believe there is no further danger to the public.
