In Amherstburg, Ontario, a man has been sentenced to two years in jail over duct taping a dog’s snout.
Michael Hill pled guilty to an animal cruelty charge and will serve two years in prison. He has also been ordered by Ontario court Justice Micheline Rawlins to give a blood sample to the DNA databank. Rawlins said the reason behind the ordered blood sample was because “people who become serial killers begin with small animals.”
