The second day of testimony in the Tim Bosma murder trial gets underway Tuesday morning, after disturbing details came to light on day one.
The Crown alleges the 32 year old from Ancaster was shot and killed inside the pickup truck he was looking to sell in May 2013, and that gun residue was found all over the vehicle.
It’s further alleged an animal cremator, located on a Millard property, was used to burn Bosma’s remains the next day.
Bosma’s widow, Sharlene, also testified on Monday, telling the court she encouraged her husband to go with the accused for a test drive to ensure “they got the truck back.”
The accused, Dellen Millard and Mark Smich, have both pleaded not guilty to first degree murder.
