The accused killers of an Ancaster man who disappeared after taking two men out for a test drive of his pickup truck nearly three years ago have pleaded not guilty.
Dellen Millard of Toronto and Mark Smich of Oakville both pleaded not guilty to first degree murder in the death of Tim Bosma (pictured) on Monday.
Grieving family members, curious onlookers and media from across Ontario have jammed into a Hamilton courtroom for the high profile trial.
Bosma left his home on May 6, 2013 to take two men out for a test drive in a pickup truck he was selling online.
The 32 year old Ancaster man was never seen alive again.
His body was found ‘burned beyond recognition’ about a week later.
Justice Andrew Goodman has told jurors that the trial is expected to last four months.
