San Francisco is a very open place, but even it has its limits.
The city was getting tired of people urinating out in public, so a concrete circular urinal was built in Delores Park for people to use. Although it’s out in the open, there is a screen and a few shrubs to add some privacy while one pees in public. This park now has 27 toilets including the urinal after $20 million in renovations.
Does Toronto need a public urinal like this? Would you use a urinal if it was in a park?
