GO train service on the Kitchener Line has resumed after a fatal incident on the line east of Bramalea GO Station led to delays and a cancellations on Monday afternoon.
According to reports a man died after he was struck by a CN freight train just before 5 p.m. near Steeles Avenue and Torbram Road.
Service on the Kitchener line was affected as a result with shuttle buses being brought in to ferry passengers between Malton station and Brampton/Bramalea.
Service has now resumed by GO are still advising commuters to expect delays.
Peel Police continue to investigate the incident.
