The Jian Ghomeshi trial started today. Mr. Ghomeshi has entered a plea of not guilty and opted for a trial by judge in the high profile criminal case against him for sexual assault.

Over the past year, Canada’s leading employment lawyer Howard Levitt, has been spot-on with commentary and advice throughout the entire scandal and he joins us now to discuss.
