Kettle Cooked chips – “Nectar of the Gods” if you are Jeff McArthur.
A local company Neal Brothers has been making the salty treat in Ontario for over 30 years. It all started in 1988 when Chris and Peter Neal started making croutons out of their mom’s Aurora , Ontario kitchen. They quickly outgrew their mom’s kitchen and they recently moved production to the US. They continue to make all of their salsas right here at home with organic ingredients and the brothers believe strongly in the Fair Trade movement.
The potato chip business is booming and after 30 years in business they are now moving to an even bigger local location.
Neal Brother chip maker Peter Neal joins us to talk about Jeff’s greatest weakness.
