A man in Brooklyn has taken the recent snowstorm, and turned it into a profitable situation.
A man in Brooklyn was able to construct an igloo out of the heavy snowfall that took over most of U.S. east coast. The east coast was hammered with record snowfalls over the weekend, that saw some places get as much as 4 feet of snow during the storm.
The igloo, constructed in the backyard of landlord’s apartment building, listed the property on Airbnb to be rented at US$200 (CAD$284). The now deleted post garnered a lot of internet attention before it was taken down.
The listing boasted WiFi, air conditioning and space for two. Photos showed some blankets and pillows strewn on the snowy floor.
Would you rent an igloo in NYC, if the price was right?
