A pair of Toronto men are facing several charges in separate harassment and voyeurism investigations, as part of Project Broadlight.
And in each case, police believe there are other victims who have yet to come forward.
It’s alleged a man was engaged in “stalking and voyeuristic activities” in the Gerrard Street East and Broadview Avenue area since 2014.
31 year old Michael Ogini is facing 3 counts each of criminal harassment and mischief, and a count of voyeurism.
In the second case, it’s alleged since early last year, a man entered several properties in the area of Gerrard Street East during the evening hours to watch residents in their homes.
It’s further alleged a recording device was used during those incidents.
Charges for Khalil Rashid include criminal harassment, voyeurism, and mischief, as well as failing to comply with probation.
