The man accused of killing a 65 year old man and three of his grandchildren last September in a crash, is expected to appear in Newmarket court Wednesday, in person.
Marco Muzzo is facing nearly 20 charges; a dozen counts of impaired driving along with 6 counts of dangerous operation of a vehicle.
There have been several delays in the case, with Muzzo’s lawyer appearing on his behalf.
9 year old Daniel, 5 year old Harrison, and 2 year old sister Milly Neville-Lake, along with their grandfather Gary Neville, were killed after their mini-van was struck in Vaughan.
Two other women in the vehicle were injured in the crash as well.
29 year old Muzzo was the sole occupant of the SUV.
