Toronto Police keeping an eye on a home in the east end.
From the outside, it looks like the semi-detached could come down in a neighborhood on Corley Ave.
The home, just north of Kingston Road and east of Woodbine Avenue, has been under a renovation with some excavation work being undertaken.
However, a large visible crack has neighbours concerned, prompting authorities to check it out.
With fears of a collapse Toronto police deemed the house unsafe and evacuated a number of residents from nearby homes around noon on Monday.
The Ministry of Labour has been notified.
