Police are charging one man with manslaughter in connection to an incident that happened last month.
According to officials, a physical altercation occurred at 40 Teesdale Place around 10 a.m. on November 28th.
A 65-year-old man was taken to hospital as a result of the altercation.
James Berry, 57, of Toronto, was arrested on December 3rd.
On December 8th, the man, identified as Frederick Jackson, of Toronto, succumbed to his injuries.
Berry is now facing charges of:
2) Forcible Entry
3) Assault Causing Bodily Harm
The incident is Toronto’s #49th homicide.
