Violence has plagued the GTA yet again, following a string of incidents over the past week.
Thursday evening, police were called to two separate shootings and a stabbing over the course of a few hours.
The first was in Mississauga. Peel police say a 38-year-old man was rushed hospital with non-life threatening injuries around 8 p.m following a shooting that happened near Snowy Owl Gate and Parkgate Drive. Police are now searching for two suspects who had partially covered faces and fled the scene in an older, dark-coloured, small vehicle.

In the city, police say a woman was taken to hospital following a shooting near Sheppard Ave. East and Provost Drive. She was transported, suffering from non-life threatening injuries to her hand and shoulder. Police also responded to a stabbing at Danzig St and Morningside Ave. Two victims were treated with injuries, with one person taken to custody.
