Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne is now saying the LCBO would be “very well suited” to sell marijuana once it becomes legal in Canada.
Wynne says this is because of the “distribution mechanism” the Board already has in place, plus it is suited to create the needed social responsibility aspects. The LCBO currently runs 651 outlets across the province.
Do you think the LCBO would be a good place to sell marijuana in the future, or would they only increase the price? Should entrepreneurs be able to open their own legal marijuana shops?
