Star Wars: The Force Awakens opens Friday but a school in Rosenberg, Texas may have crossed to the dark side.
Last week, they forced a seventh-grader by the name of Colton Southern to cover up his Star Wars T shirt. The shirt shows a storm trooper wielding a blaster, which was deemed by school officials to depict violence and was against the school dress code.
Is this an overreaction on the schools part? Or due to the recent gun violence that has plagued the US, were the school’s actions justified?
