A shooting Sunday night sent two men to hospital with what were described as life-threatening injuries.
It happened in the Martin Grove Road and Finch Avenue West area around 11:00 p.m.
No suspect descriptions have been released as of yet.
This latest shooting was one of several recorded in the city over the weekend.
Two men were shot and killed in a drive-by downtown Friday afternoon, and on Saturday night, another two men were injured in a shooting outside of a building in the Keele Street and Eglinton Avenue area.
When asked about the gun violence, Police Chief Mark Saunders called it a “blip, we have these blips.”
“Toronto still is one of the, if not the most safest urban city in North America.”
