Police say on Wednesday December 2 at around 7 p.m. an unknown man appeared at a community event attended by children.
The man wasn’t a parent or guardian to any of the children involved and watched them as they did arts and crafts.
It’s alleged he engaged in suspicious behaviour while trying to interact with the children
He is described as white, 65-75 years of age standing about 5’4″ and weighing 145-150 lbs. he was bald with facial hair and a long thin face.
He was wearing a dark-blue polo shirt with reflective patches on it, with dark khaki pants. His shirt was tucked into his pants and he was wearing a distinctive silver belt buckle with the letter “A” on it. He was also wearing a large silver ring on his right hand.
Police think he may have exhibited the same behaviour at other events involving children.
