Justin Trudeau wrapped up his trip to the Commonwealth heads-of-government meeting in Malta on Saturday.
The PM met with his Australian counterpart Malcolm Turnbull. The Aussie PM is hoping Canada will ratify the Trans Pacific Partnership, but Trudeau was non-committal.
The two addressed the media with Trudeau touching on climate change and what both Canada and Australia can do as energy exporting nations to help the environment.
Trudeau flies from Malta to Paris, Saturday, where he will attend the U-N climate change summit which opens Monday.
Trudeau announced Canada will make an additional five-year, $2.65 billion contribution to help developing countries tackle climate change.
