Will Marco Muzzo and his lawyer, Brian Greenspan, request a fourth bail hearing date?
That question is being asked as the 29-year-old, facing a dozen impaired-driving offences and six additional charges related to the dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, makes his third appearance for a bail hearing.
His SUV T-boned a van in Vaughan on September 27, killing three children, aged 2, 5, and 9, and their grandfather, 65. All were members of the Neville-Lake family. It is alleged that he was impaired at the time.
Is initial bail hearing was set for October 19. Muzzo’s lawyer Brian Greenspan had it delayed to November 12.
When court reconvened on the 12th, Greenspan asked that the hearing be delayed again to November 26.
