At an event in Vancouver, Neil Young declared “Canada Is Back,” now that the Liberals are back in power at Parliament Hill.
The 70-year-old music legend said he has heard from many friends who are pleased with the change in government. He added that it’s obvious to him that “people are delighted with the change,” and that is good news for the country. It is also worth noting the Mr. Young has been living in California for decades (you can even spot him sometimes at San Jose Sharks games).
When artists get political, are you more/less likely to buy their product? Does this do an artist more harm than good?
