A number of food recalls from the Canadian Food Agency in the last 24 hours.
The food supply watchdog has singled out Glen Echo Fine Foods Inverloch Cheddar Cheese imported from Scotland which could possibly be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, a bacteria that could cause infections of the central nervous system.
In addition, they’ve recalled Loblaw’s PC brand Triangoli Pumpkin Filled Egg Pasta which may contain cashews which are not declared on the label, as well as Gelato Fresco brand Toasted Hazelnut Dairy Ice which may contain almonds and could effect individuals with allergies.
People should not consume the recalled products described.
