Elementary school teachers across the province now have a new contract with Ontario’s government.
Members with the Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario voted overwhelmingly in favour bringing months of negotiations to an end.
Online voting for a tentative agreement that was reached on November 2nd came to an end at midnight and ETFO President Sam Hammond tweeted the results would be released and the announcement would come early Friday morning.
