The developer of the Trump Tower has been given a bill for $2000 by the City of Toronto for the disruptions caused by the antenna last August.
The intersection at Bay and Adelaide was closed for most of the day when the antenna was deemed insecure.
Repair crews reported loud metallic noises before the spire started to sway.
A new report released by the Toronto Building department indicates that city staff responded with the “appropriate and necessary “action.
