It was quite the Tuesday morning for officers in Peel Region.
They were called out to Brampton Centennial Secondary School, for the second time in as many days, about someone with a weapon.
A similar call was made Monday afternoon, which resulted in a lockdown which lasted several hours.
Police were still at the school as of early Tuesday afternoon, although any possible threat was deemed unfounded, and no weapon was found.
Officers were also called out to David Suzuki Secondary School in Brampton for a report of a weapon in the building.
A lockdown lasted less than an hour, and was lifted with two young offenders being taken into custody and the seizure of a replica handgun.
Officers also responded to Mississauga Secondary School, again regarding a call about someone with a weapon, but that threat too was later determined to be unfounded.
