It’s official. Bacon, ham and sausages are now just as bad for you as cigarettes and alcohol, and are a major cause of cancer, according to the World Health Organization.
The WHO has deemed cured and processed meats to be carcinogens, and are now in the same category as asbestos, alcohol, arsenic and tobacco.
They concluded that each 50 gram portion of processed meat eaten daily increased the risk of colorectal cancer by 18%.
They also believe that RED MEATS areprobably carcinogenic to humans, and is linked to pancreatic and prostate cancer.
