After a memorable playoff run Mayor John Tory is proclaiming tomorrow Blue Jays appreciation day in Toronto.
The Kansas City Royals knocked the Jays out of the playoffs on Friday night but Tory says there is still plenty of reason to celebrate the most successful season since 1993.
Tory says “We are going to encourage people to wear a bit of the blue and white to work or to school or wherever they are going tomorrow, and to join us on social media in sharing some of the memories of what this season meant to people in Toronto,”
Tory says the day will be a way of thanking the the players for an exciting season.
