If you’re heading around the city this weekend, by car or transit, there are a few closures to be aware of!
All weekend long, the TTC has a disruption on the Bloor-Danforth line. No subways are running between Keele and St. George stations both Saturday and Sunday, with shuttle buses subbing in the routes.
On Sunday, the southbound right lane and shoulder on the Don Valley Pkwy. will be shut down from Spanbridge Rd. to Eastern Ave for construction between 11 p.m. Saturday – 11 a.m. Sunday morning. Delays and congestion are expected.
Also Sunday, the Toronto West Halloween Fest parade will be closing Bloor St. West in both directions from Jane Street to Runnymede Avenue from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. The closure will also be affecting the following bus routes: 26 Dupont, 35 Jane, 55 Warren Park, 195 Jane Rocket, 300 Bloor-Danforth, 335 Jane.

Also in the West End, the Halloween-themed Charity Bed Race will close two westbound lanes on Bloor Street West from Prince Edward Drive- Royal York Road between 5 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday.
In the East End on Sunday, the Greek Parade will be closing the Danforth between Broadview and Donlands between 1pm-3pm, affecting the 83 Jones bus route, which will be diverting between Donlands Station and Gerrard St. East.
