Peel Police officers have arrested a 17 year-old male from Mississauga after an online threat to a High School.
Police say the teen is facing numerous charges after the threat was made towards Our Lady of Mount Carmel Secondary School near Tenth Line and Derry.
The threat was made on Tuesday on social media and police identified the 17 year old and arrested him at a Mississauga home.
He has been charged with Mischief, Convey False Message and Utter Threats. He was scheduled to appear before an Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton today.
He can’t be identified under a general provision of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
