New Uber users who plan on heading to the polls on Election Day can count on their ride share of choice to transport them to and from their local polling stations.
Uber has announced that they will allow their first-time customers the opportunity to get a free ride, as long as it accumulates to $15 each way.
The cities where Uber operates across Canada are Toronto, Hamilton, Waterloo, London, Ottawa, Quebec City, Calgary and Edmonton.
Uber has been dealing with recent controversy from taxi companies who feel they are not operating on a level playing field.
