The towing crackdown that has been led by Toronto Mayor John Tory and has raised millions in revenues. Cars have been towed, but the idea was to speed up traffic. But has it worked? The answer is we don’t know. Some commuters have said their drive into work has become quicker, but there is no data to back them up. According to TomTom there is very little evidence that travel times have shortened in 2015 when compared to 2014 data.
