The Toronto Blue Jays are going to the post-season for the first time since 1993.
It’s been a long 22 years for baseball fans in Toronto and around Canada, as the Jays have now put an end to what was the longest playoff drought in the major leagues.
The Jays have their sights set on winning the American League East division and they currently hold a four game lead over the New York Yankees.
Even if Toronto went into a tail spin to end the season they would still end up in a wild-card spot.
The Blue Jays take on the Tampa Rays at 1:07 p.m. in the second last game at home this year.
