A teenage boy has been stabbed outside a school in North York.
Toronto police were called to the scene. at George S. Henry Academy in the Don Mills and York Mills area at around 11:30 a.m.
There they found the victim with multiple stab wound, conscious and breathing.
He has since been taken to hospital to hospital for treatment, the extent of his injuries not yet known.
The school in question George S. Henry Academy was placed in lock-down as a result of the incident while nearby Rene Gordon Elementary and Rene Gordon Health & Wellness Academy have been placed in hold and secure.
Both the lockdown and hold and secure were lifted around 2:15 p.m.
The suspect has been described by police as a 5’5” male wearing a black hoodie.
