A quarterly customer satisfaction survey has found that TTC users are increasingly happy with their transit experiences.
In fact, overall customer satisfaction is now pegged at 79 per cent, the highest it’s been in two years.
The satisfaction extends across bus, subway and streectar services, with a reduction in wait times, trip duration and the level of crowding on transit cited as reasons to be happy about using the TTC.
Meanwhile 90 per cent of customers are happy with the price they pay, perceiving average or better value for money on their last TTC trip.
Things could be set to get even better for the Transit Commission who say that preliminary results from the new third quarter survey, which contained the Pan Am and Parapan Am games, also show increased satisfaction.
