The Conservatives were left a little red-faced Monday after officially dropping two candidates for past misdeeds.
Jerry Bance, who was running Scarborough Rouge Park under the Conservative banner, was the first to be nixed after it was revealed that he was captured by CBC cameras urinating in a stranger’s house!
CBC’s Marketplace ran an episode in 2012 about contractor service calls. Bance, who runs an appliance repair company, was identified as “Jerry” in the episode, was caught peeing into a cup, disposing of it in the kitchen sink he was working on, and then finally rinsing the cup. Bance claimed Monday that he deeply regrets his actions.
Tim Dutaud was the candidate in Toronto-Danforth. It turns out that he released several YouTube videos featuring pranks calls he makes to various unsuspecting people. One video has Dutaud pretending that he has a mental disability. In another, he claims to be suffering a prolonged Viagra-induced erection, and eventually orgasms while seeking assistance on the phone.
