Support for the Conservatives is slipping fast, according to the latest Nik Nanos poll, which was done days before the latest scandal.
2 (now former) Toronto candidates have been dropped after videos surfaced showing some very distasteful behaviour.
Scarborough Rouge Park candidate and repairman Jerry Bance was seen in a hidden-camera video urinating into a homeowner’s coffee cup, and Toronto Danforth candidate Tim Dutaud was let go after YouTube videos of him making prank calls were found.
The poll finds the NDP at the top of the heap, with 33% decided voter support, Liberals with 31% and the Tories in third with 26% support. The Tories have dropped 5 points over the last month, but at one point, led the way.
