There have been three Asian Grass Carp discovered in the Toronto Harbour.
According to officials, there is no sign of spawning or an established population, as these fish have no natural predators in these parts.
Toronto and Region Conservation Authority says that they found two males and one female on Tuesday, September 1st that weighed between 20 to 36 pounds.
There were also two Asian Grass Carp located in a pond in Tommy Thompson Park back in July.
In the United States, Asian Grass Carp have caused problems with eco systems, vegetation and clearing out native species, which has ultimately jolted the commercial fishery.
