Two more suspects are now in police custody as the investigation into a deadly shooting at a downtown restaurant last November continue.
31 year old Mississauga man Tariq Mohammed was killed when gunshots rang out at Garden Restaurant on 153 Dundas Street West in the early hours of Sunday, November 16th.
Two women also suffered gunshots wounds in the attack but survived.
According to police, 28 year old Clinton Vassel and 22 year old Derek Oppong both of Toronto were arrested on Tuesday at the Toronto South Detention Centre.
Both men have now been charged with first degree murder and robbery with a firearm, Vassel facing additional charges of assault with a weapon and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, while Oppong is also charged with two counts of aggravated assault.
The arrests came just hours after a suspect identified from the security camera video within the crime scene surrendered to Police
24 year old Havard McKenzie was subsequently charged with first degree murder and robbery with a firearm.
Both Vassel and Oppong are scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday.
