A 19 year old man has been charged in connection with the murder of a Toronto teen in Jamaica.
Omar James, who had been identified as a person of interest in the case handed himself into police on Tuesday.
He has now been charged with the murder of 14 year old Ricardo Williams.
Williams from Scarborough had been attending a wake in Kingston on Sunday when he was shot, he was transported to hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
According to the Jamaica Constabulary Force, the victim and the accused were known to each other.
James, also known as Judge remains in police custody.
