A New Brunswick man will take his fight over the right to buy his beer in Quebec. Police stopped Gerard Comeau with 12 cases of beer and three bottles of liquor.
Comeau will be in a Campbellton court for the start of a four-day hearing, after being charged with illegally importing alcohol into his home province in 2012.
