No doubt Toronto Blue Jays fans will be willing to shell out a lot of money to watch the team play in what could be their first playoff appearance in 21 years, and they’ll have to pay top dollar when tickets go on sale Wednesday.
The tickets will be available to season ticket holders, offered in “strips,” meaning you have to purchase tickets to all games of each playoff series the Jays play in.
Wild card game tickets will cost $125 in most of the 100-200 level seating, costing $375 for the strip.
Fans who bought a flex packs before Dec. 5 will be able to buy post-season tickets on Sept. 2nd, while anyone who bought flex packs after Dec. 5 will have to wait until Sept. 4 for their playoff tickets.
6ix pack holders can buy post-season tickets on Sept. 8, expanding to new 2016 season-ticket holders on Sept. 10.
General public can buy post-season tickets on Sept. 23.
Cheapest tickets on the upper deck for the wild card play-in game or the American League Division Series will go for a minimum $50.
