Research companies working overtime is not new in the midst of a federal election.
Several new polls suggesting Canadians maybe considering change.
One Forum research poll suggest that the NDP’s Olivia Chow with the majority of support in Spadina-Fort York, currently lead by Liberal Adam Vaughan. An average of 6 in 10 individuals polled said they would choose Chow in the election.
Another Forum poll showed the Justin Trudeau came off best in the first leader’s debate taking 20% of the vote from viewers who saw the campaign event, August 6th.
Innovative Research Group surveys on campaign ads, revealing the commercial where Trudeau responds to Conservative attacks claiming he is not “not ready”, have been more effective than any other Liberal ads shown in his campaign so far.
And several polls gauging the overall leadership race, including a Leger poll released on the weekend, show pretty much a dead heat amongst the NDP, Liberals and Conservatives.
