OPP say they’re charging an Ancaster teen after he was spotted riding the roof of a vehicle that was driving along the Highway 403.
Police say it happened shortly after 6 a.m. on Sunday. The teenager was lying on the roof, holding onto the roof rack while it was travelling westbound on the 403 approaching Hamilton.
The vehicle was stopped near the Golf Links Road exit.
19-year-old Lorne Andrew Hamilton has been charged with dangerous driving. The 18-year-old, alleged to be on the rood, is being charged with failing to occupy a position with a seat belt.
No injuries are being reported.
