Peel police are looking for a man in connection to a recent sexual assault.
According to officials, around 9:30 p.m. on Thursday, a 34-year-old woman was attacked while out for a jog in Erindale Park.
The victim was able to free herself from the attacker.
Police are looking for a man described as 5’9″ with a medium build, wearing blue jeans and a dark t-shirt.

The incident is prompting officials to also remind the public to always be aware of their surroundings and to report any suspicious persons or activity.
They recommend having a cell phone readily accessible in case of an emergency. When you go for a run, ensure someone knows your route. If running in the evening hours, try to stay in well-lit areas, and if possible, run with a partner.
