The two people shot and killed at Musik Nightclub at Exhibition Place on Monday night have been identified by police.
The victims have been named as as Duvel Hibbert, 23, of Brampton and Ariela Navarro-Fenoy, 26, of Toronto.
The two died after gunfire broke out at the venue which was hosting an OVO Fest after-party hosted by Toronto rapper Drake.
Three others were also injured shootings, with Hibbert’s body discovered inside the music venue while Navarro-Fenoy was found just north of the Dufferin Gates, she was transported to hospital where she later died.
Hibbert was known to police, in 2013 a Canada-wide warrant was issued for his arrest for allegedly breaching parole, he had been serving a 3 year sentence for firearm related offences.
Police are now appealing for help in tracing two people wanted in connection with the incident.
The first suspect is described as male, black, skinny build with brown skin, around 5’10” to 5’11” and between 24 and 28, wearing a yellow, burgundy plaid button-up shirt with the second person of interest described as male black, around 6” – 6’1” tall with a fresh buzz cut, around 25 years of age, wearing a light-purple crewneck sweater with a colourful design on the front.
They are also appealing for people who may have any photos or video footage related to the incident to sent them on to police.
