Ever thought of pushing your car home after a night of drinking? Well, don’t.
A woman has had her license suspended for three years for pushing her car while intoxicated.
Christine Prescott’s ex-husband had been driving the car but he ditched it in favour of a nearby pub when it ran out of gas near their home. After he left the car in a “very dangerous place”, Prescott decided to push the car to a safer lot.
She was spotted and a roadside breathalysr found she had 50 mgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35 micrograms.
Prescott is now banned from driving for three years and was fined £165.
