Toronto Police now believe that a man from Mississauga who was reported missing at the beginning of July could possibly have been murdered.
Shawn Kapadia’s parents reported that he was missing on Friday, July 10th.
Peel Regional Police say the 22-year-old was last seen at his home near Bristol and Kennedy roads in Mississauga around 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 5th.
Police located Kapadia’s silver Pontiac G6 on the eastbound side of River Road approaching Philips Road in Welland, Ontario and they say they also have information that a John Deere backhoe was seen arriving at the Wainfleet home on Friday, July 10th and leaving on Sunday July 12th with a big block of concrete in the front bucket.
Detective Dan Dickson is looking into the case and is asking people in the Niagara area to keep their eyes open for any holes that were dug in the ground.
