Six additional charges have been laid against a support worker who allegedly assaulted a 95 year old man in East York.
Danilo Alcala was arrested last Thursday and charges with one count of sexual assault.
He now faces three counts of sexual assault and three counts of sexual exploitation of a person with a disability based on new evidence brought forward by the victim’s family.
It’s alleged the the abuse took place in the elderly mans home near Broadview and Mortimer avenues.
Alcala appeared in Court on Tuesday where bail was denied.
He is set to appear in court again on July 27th.
